Review & Spotlight: Fated Love by Bree McKennedy

Release Date: December 30, 2015

“She loved him dangerously. He loved her flawed.”

America’s sweetheart grew up in the spot light. When the lights fade out and the Mic is dropped, she’s a very lonely girl.
Corrupt drummer is reckless and destined for ruin. Destiny intervened and his biggest weakness grabbed hold of him with both hands.
This isn’t the story of the good girl saving the bad boy. This is the story of two broken souls, fated to shatter together.

Readers note: This book does contain underage promiscuity, substance abuse, vulgar language and violence.

Patricia‘s Review – 3 Stars: ☆☆☆

Fated LoveFated Love by Bree McKennedy

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This is a very tragic and emotional story.
Addison is a teenager who becomes a star in the world of music, she’s shy, very naive and soon becomes addicted to Tabor, a 18 year old drummer, who likes her but soon starts cheating and that will destroy Addison. Their relationship is toxic.
Drugs, alcohol, sex… you name it! Now imagine what this can be to a young couple with more money than you can think… fame, tours, no parents around… definitely complicated!
The book ends in a cliffhanger and that will make you want to throw your kindle against the wall!

About the Author

Bree McKennedy

My name is Bree McKennedy and I am a lover of the darker side of romance. I’ve been reading and writing for quite some time and this is my first novel to be released under this pen name. I have wrote BDSM novels in the past under a different pen name. BDSM was my starting grounds, however, I recently decided to give the dark, torment of Coming of Age/ New Adult a try.

I really hope you enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed writing it. I was able to delve into different aspects of life, emotions and character flaws for which I am ecstatic to share with the world!

A few fun facts about me:

I work with Psychiatric patients in my real life.
I am married to my best friend, Kevin, and he truly is my biggest support system. We have two children and a cat.
I am little sadistic. I smile every time someone talks about the ending of Fated Love.
When I read, I like to be left emotionally raw with extreme, intense feelings.
“Fated Love” started out as a dream I woke up from and told my author best friend J. Richards about.
Ray Donovan, a character on the Showtime network, was my inspiration for one of my characters.
My name really isn’t Bree McKennedy, but she sounds like an amazing person!
